Terms of Sale

Pricing and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. A tax invoice is issued with every order. We try to keep pricing accurate, but reserve the right to correct genuine errors before an order is dispatched.

Stock and availability

Branch stock figures are a guide and can change between a counter sale and online checkout. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you to arrange a refund or a comparable replacement.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation for that item. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Warranty and returns

Sales are subject to our Warranty and Shipping & Returns terms, which form part of these Terms of Sale.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
