Delivery

We dispatch from our Sydney warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day are usually picked the same day, subject to branch stock confirmation.

Bulky items such as cases, monitors, UPS units and pre-builts may attract a freight surcharge, shown at checkout. Remote and regional postcodes can add 1 to 3 business days.

Change-of-mind returns

Change your mind within 30 days and return the item unopened and in resalable condition for a refund or exchange. Original shipping is non-refundable and return postage is at your cost. Software, licence keys, and opened headphones or earphones are excluded once the seal is broken.

Faulty or incorrect items

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by our change-of-mind policy. If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it should, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Email support@bytebin.com.au with your order number and we will arrange return freight at our expense.

How to start a return

Email support@bytebin.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We will issue a return authorisation and instructions. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving back with us.
